The four-time Ballon d’Or winner clearly holds the Old Trafford club very close to his heart

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has shown how much he still loves former club Manchester United by making a stunning gesture.

The 32-year-old, who recently claimed his fourth Ballon d’Or, has dedicated his new Nike football boots to the Red Devils.

The Euro 2016 winner made the announcement from the comfort of his own home on Thursday.

The 32-year-old spent six seasons at Old Trafford before moving to Spain, and the club clearly left a lasting impression on the forward.

Speaking in the video, Ronaldo says: “I’m excited to launch my new boots today.

“This boot celebrates the time I played at Manchester United when I started to play with number seven.
